The convection oven makes such a difference when cooking. Foods are cooked more evenly, no dark browning or burning on the back of my foods. Touch can be "wonky" if you're pushing buttons to fast.

I haven’t used the griddle piece yet, and I’m a little nervous about it, but will use it soon. As far as the burners, happy. The only thing I find a problem is the glass top takes for ever to get completely clean. No matter how much I wipe it, there always seems to be streaks. I keep watching reviews for ideas.

Within the first year, we had to make 3 service calls to Samsung. They send technicians who dont speak english, lol. They had to replace all the burners under the cooktop. With the left side burners, if you put it on the lowest temp, between Low and 2. Your food burns instead of a simmer. Now the right side is the complete opposite, things take way too long to cook. The oven cookes things way to fast, if a recipe calls for 20 minutes, we have to set a timer for 15 minutes. While not a bad thing, i dont understand why no one at Samsung or Best Buy cannot figure this out. We are now dealing with Best Buy and as a total tech member, etc. They want to charge $80 every visit. This is the 2nd Samsung appliance we have bought from Best Buy and it will be our last.
