Not sure how to avoid any more melting spots unless I don't use it.

I bought this with a corresponding fridge, dishwasher, and microwave from Best Buy and received a 10% discount on all the appliances, which was a great deal. Samsung makes quality appliances, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Not only are they quality appliances, but they look great, too, which is more important than you'd think when designing your kitchen renovations. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase, and I'd recommend anyone else buy themselves this range or a comparable one from Samsung.

This is my first smooth top and it threw me off the way the burners cycle on/off while in use. I thought something was wrong. Delivery great. Only complaint is there is a long scratch in the button panel. Sad about that. I also believe that when spending so much money the company should include ALL manuals. I even contacted Samsung and they refused to mail one. Of course that is the one needed to learn how to use the stove. Sucks going back and forth to a computer to figure things out!!!
