The stove top is sketchy, difficult to maintain a steady temperature. I’ve had things boil & burn on the lowest setting. My old Kenmore was far better. Many regrets purchasing this.

It takes some getting used to when accessing the touch controls. You would think that you just need to tap the button, but it requires a firmer touch. This is probably to keep you from turning on the oven accidentally. The stove looks great in my kitchen, but the stove top stains easily. I find that I am having to clean it often. Aside from that, this stove is a good bargain for the price.

The wife likes the dual larger burners and the oven heats quickly and maintains a constant cooking temp. We did have to replace a Samsung range purchased in 2012 due to control board failure and lack of the part to replace. Would have thought an oven would last longer than 9 years and replacement parts would be found. Oh well, the COVID supply chain issues...err.

Cooks evenly no checking and turning anymore. Researched glass top. Seemed to be the one with least complaints for scratching blistering or cracking. Only thing I'm not thrilled with is the black shiny surface. I keep it covered when not using because I prep sandwiches etc right next to it and it shows everything. It does have a very shallow storage drawer but the height of the interior oven makes up for it. A friend has a spotted/ texture look top so much more forgiving. But otherwise totally love the unit. The main problem I've had is figuring out the controls. There is NO USER MANUAL !! Told to get online. Have had problems with that plus with no working printer it crazy to have to write instructions down. Not everyone has a art phone or computer with internet so a manual really is needed. Especially for the price we're paying now a days for appliances..
