I was very disappointed because even though we called several times for an ETA we never got one.

Sometimes the burners take awhile to start up or they burn the food quickly. There’s no in between. There’s two sets of heats, but unless you use the hotter setting at a “4” it doesn’t work well.

Like the black color, nice and shiny and goes very well with the decor of my kitchen. This range replaced a very outdated range that was already installed in my apartment by the management. I like keeping up with new technology and this range has it. Also this is my first time ever having an electric range instead of the standard gas range which is an interesting new experience. I actually find the cooking top of this range easier to keep clean than the gas range. Plus it looks so good with the decor of my kitchen. I'm very happy that I bought this range.
