I never had a smart fire tv before. Im so glad that I got it! I love it! I love streaming hulu, netflix and anazon prime. I turned my cable off.

So far this tv plays better. The sound varies per streaming app. It can play low or louder. I occasionally have to restart my tv. Overall, it's not a bad tv.
