It worked perfectly. We were able to set the correct voltage. (There were variable voltages to choose.) The device had variable amps for each voltage selected. Simple and easy—just find the proper voltage of your electronic device, set the voltage on the Adapter, and simply plug adapter into AC. All worked perfectly.

Left on vacation without power cord.

We were on vacation when I realized I had not packed a power cord for my wife’s medical device. Luckily there was a Best Buy near by and I was able to get her going. The power cord had enough length to plug into the wall and her to sit comfortably in a recliner. It has multiple power outages so I was able to dial in for her specific equipment. Overall we were very pleased with our purchase.

Works great for a Steam Link

Got it for my Steam Link and it worked amazing- I recommend putting a heavy duty piece of duct tape or something once you have it positioned so that it can't rotate; I wouldn't want to accidentally fry whatever is plugged in. Plug tips are a little less tight than I'd hope, but it works well enough to not be an issue.
