Bought for college son. Good laptop. Not as fast as expected.

I am not sure what the deal is with this laptop, but it has been a total disappointment. It takes a very long time to boot up, I'm talking 14k dial up slow! Its been that way since I bought it. I have always loved Asus, but this one is just.. I don't know. I have a 10 yr old one that runs faster. One would not expect this from a Gen i5.

I'm still getting used to the newest version of widows but this cp seems to move slowly at the start up. I was expecting a faster cp with with the higher 12gb RAMs

Love the computer. My only issue is the time it takes to boot up. Seems excessive however overall good computer for the money

The laptop has a great screen. I needed this because of my poor eyesight. However. It is a little difficult to use the keyboard. It is does not have back lit keys and they a very light color. The battery life is too short. Speed is not great.

Very good laptop the only reason for good and not excellent is because of hard to see the letters on the key pad.

It works. It's a bit slow but so am I. Does everything I need it to do.

Large storage with fast memory and sharp color display.

This is the best purchase I've ever made and I love my computer, it's very durable fast and loads fairly quickly very easy to use I would definitely push another computer from Best Buy in the future definitely looking forward to maybe a bigger screen and to add Maybe monitors to the computer itself

overall this is a good laptop, I got it to run ableton and to use for writing. ultimately i should have waited until one with more memory came out, 12gb of memory is decent but its a little slow to start up, and it was also on sale 100 cheaper right after my return/price matching window closed. lots of storage but poor battery life

Good laptop with good screen. Laptop has several ports and has a nice thin profile. Easy to setup and use. Only downfall is that the letters, numbers, and symbols on the keys are hard to read due to being almost the same color. The keyboard does not light up. upbecause

Although I bought a product with a satisfactory code, there was no charger. but other than that, I didn't have a problem with the computer I bought. After replacing the HDD hard disk with a 256 GB SSD hard disk, the computer took flight. I live in Turkey. I provided its transfer through a friend who returned to Turkey from America. I paid here. The experience of installing such a system and purchasing a computer was both enjoyable and convenient for me.

it takes like 10 minutes to start up and the battery doesnt last that long on a single charge. too heavy.

A little slow but at the price it is about what I would expect from it

It is a decent chromebook, but I had one that just gave up on life as it went to the OS issues. After trying to use the Recovery Ap that destroyed 4 USB sticks to try and recover, I gave up and had to buy another one because my kid uses it for schoolwork. I didn't get insurance or whatever and will try to bring it to Geeksquad to see if they can revive it later. I expect better from Asus.

I realize this isn't an i7, or something optimized for gaming. I got this to do basic office stuff and web surfing. It still seems really slow for what it has under the hood. It's huge, which is why I bought it. I wanted a big screen and a numeric pad. It's great for that. The keys are a bit hard to see. They are silver on silver with no backlight.

Display is excellent and its well made. Unfortunately slower to start up and load the the 12yr old laptop i replaced

This is a nice, no frills laptop with an attractive price.
