They lose charge pretty quickly and keep popping out of my ears, i got on black friday so they were super cheap but had i paid full price i would have taken them right back.

I need to retuen/exchange them. I have a pink set that lasts a couple of weeks on one charge and I can use them all day and half the night. I wanted a backup just incase something happened. Unfortunately, the new set doesn't work well

Hard to grab earplugs

Better Than What I Had

waste of time and money

I am tech support at work so this was not a user error. Neither options worked; Right side worked fine but left earbud would not respond or synch with the right. Tapping 7 times was impossible since the earbud could not keep a sustained connection to the case either. Waisted hours of my life of these...
