One earpod already has no sound after about a week. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money. Not a good product.

One stopped pairing/resetting w/in a month, but after 2 weeks. Not exchangeable. Was told we should have bought a protection plan. Best Buy does not guarantee their products will function properly beyond 2 weeks. I'll be purchasing a replacement elsewhere.

Hard to remove out of case.
