These aren’t like what they seem. I got them because I they the cushions were going to be soft, but they ended up hurting my ears.

Product was good for a few weeks, then just stopped pairing. I tried everything to fix the problem, with no success, and then just threw them away.

The right bud doesnt work. Problem is that i bought it on a visit to the USA, so, returning it not practical, so, my loss.
Hi there, if you are using with a windows device make sure you have GO Air POP Stereo selected. If you do not, the sound quality will not be at its best. -JLab

Not much to go off of. Out of the package only one would work. I couldn’t get the other one to turn on nor sync to my Bluetooth

Excellent bluetooth so far I haven't had any issues. The bluetooth last about 8 hours each before I have to switch to the other bluetooth.

Earbuds Quit Working after 4 Months!

I bought these in August 2022. It is now 4 months later (December 2022) , and they no longer work, even after a full charge. I use these less than 10 hours per month as I have a wireless speaker that I use when I am at home. When I put the earbuds in my ears, the speaker says "Battery Full". About 2 minutes later, the speaker interrupts stating "Battery Low". Approximately 2 minutes after the Battery Low notification, the speaker says "Goodbye" and shuts down.
It seems to be the left earbud. The right earbud is working right now. If I keep the left earbud in the charging case and just use the right earbud, it doesn't shut down. If I have both earbuds in my ears, the entire system will shut down after a few minutes.
I don't expect electronics to work much past a year or two, but 4 months is completely unacceptable. I don't wear them every day. I wear them about 2 hours per week at the most. I use a Bose wireless speaker when I am home. I only purchased the earbuds for when I am traveling.
