She took them back and exchanged them for the same ones. She loves them. They isolate sound. Well. 5 stars if she didnt have to take them back

The left and right pieces can be used separately, but when doing so, only the right earpiece can do pause/resume, which could take a little getting used to.

Frustrating

Bought these, and returned them 3 times because only one bud worked. I didnt bother to return the last pair because I gave up on getting a pair that worked (and they're very cheap, so the money didn't matter much).

Lightweight and inexpensive

Not cheap feeling at all and hold a charge for a long time without needing to be plugged in. I also like that it comes with the usb charger attached. Has been very useful so far.

Great for the gym

They do not fall out of your ears and the battery life is amazing as well!!

Is the sound quality super rich? No but they get the job done and J-Lab has excellent customer service. In my opinion they are a great value.
