Fuzzy printing and black ink has run out after 30+ pages

Printer was challenging to install. Printing would revert to faxing. Couldn't figure out how to just print. Printing test page didn't immediately print, after 15 minutes started printing the test page. Currently only works in copy mode. I need to return this item. Too frustrating.

Ok. Slow in printing and uses a lot of ink. Had to replace due to jamming problem.

A piece of junk. Purchased in Nov. 2022. Very fine and faint printing. After a paper jam printer never was the same. Very blurry and illegible print quality. Printer alignment was performed several times, in addition to all other maintenance activities- No improvement. Uses ink very fast.

Has never worked properly. Can get support to fix it. I can’t print a simple document. Blurry picture and not easy to use. My old hp printer was much better

This replaced a Canon MX452 printer that I literally wore out using it. It was a workhorse. This replacement is a pitiful excuse for a printer/scanner. It was an ordeal to get the drivers to install, the scanner utility still does not work and the most irritating thing is that the ADF does not pick up the item squarely so it runs crooked and the copy/scan is crooked. Save you money and buy something else.

HP is easier to use and better quality. Not easy to scan or to scan multiple documents.

Only One Star because my new CANON PIXMA TR4720 printer no longer has printing functionality despite reinstalling both the software and printer driver. The only thing it will do is scan. I cannot recommend purchase of this Printer. Very frustrated and dissatisfied. It printed OK for a month, then completely stopped. ):

The printer package has an ink which was not sufficient. The ink was only sufficient to print less than 30 paper. Thus, you will need to change it very frequently which will cost you the price of printer. Also, the color printer quality was horrible.

They have the best Customer Service for purchase, Technical Support is a joke at Best a minimum of a 25 minute wait to even reach someone and then you get a foreigner that doesn’t know what the heck they’re doing. Driver updates and basically the product has too much drama.

The printer itself is difficult to use. One of the main problems is there is no manual enclosed with the printer. In order to even obtain support, you have to have an account with Canon. Then the printer commands are not at all straightforward. If you don't already have computer/phone access this is not the printer for you. My significant other, who is not computer savvy, has trouble with this printer. We were used to a HP printer which is no longer made.

Super disappointed with this printer. Didnt even print 3 dozen pages before it started missing up. Printed documents coming out blurry like ink cartridges arent lined up right. Ive taken them out in reinstalled them a couple times with the same results.

The wifi never constantly worked. It died on us in 18 months.

Printer is suck. The connection is on and off but most of the time of. I can't find the ip address

This printer is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever purchased. At only 7 months of purchasing, it continuously gets paper jams and now its double printing. I had to open it up to clear the paper jam and it continues to give the paper jam error. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this piece of junk.
