iPad runs slow and does not hold a charge. It gets very hot and unable to use iMessage. I will never buy a refurbished iPad again.

Looks brand new no scratches or dings anywhere. Surprisingly it holds a great charge my daughter is extremely happy with the ipad!

My mother is enjoys the use of her iPad while waiting for her Medical appointments.

This little tablet worked for me a long while before I upgraded it ran my drawing programs pretty good. But for drawing it was perfect because the screen did not go all the way to the edge like the new ones. I had a space to rest my hand. Also great for my short college classes!

I needed a second iPad for my tutoring business. I chose Best Buy because they are good at what they do and are knowledgeable. I was afraid that if I went anywhere else, I'd be scammed. So far so good. I am very happy with my choice. My students are excited to not have to use the cracked iPad anymore lol

This iPad is amazing! Bought it for my 3 year old to keep busy on long car rides and such, and it’s just the thing. Needed a case since it’s pretty delicate but other than that it’s perfect!

It was perfect for my needs.Bought this for my mother. She can’t figure out a laptop and the phone is so small. Wanted her to be able to stream movies and this is perfect.

For an older refurbished iPad it looks brand new .. it was big time out of date software but didnt take long to get it updated .. and works perfectly

Product is ok as it does not hold the charge that much however this is a minor issue as I know this is an older generation tablet. The main reason for one star is that the charging cable that came with the iPad was broken. I went in to asked about a different charging cable and the representative mentioned they cannot help me and cannot provide me with another cable. Representative himself was very sorry as he saw how disappointing it was and he mentioned that if this would have happened to him he would be very upset as well. This review I am sure will go in junk folder or will be discarded however if it does not than I want the corporate at Best Buy to know consumers work really very hard for their money to purchase items; don’t be a big company that don’t care about consumers. If you do, there are plenty of businesses that were flying high and now gone and in the history books because they did not care and it was always about the bottom line.

I bought two for my daughters, and the battery is not good, the charge doesn't last long, the rest is normal.

Came in very good condition, strange is came with different charger and plug in! But overall good quality for refurbished item!

Bought these as last minute gifts and saved me so much time and headache looking for something. With the ease and optionality Best buy provides, Ill be a best buy customer forever
