Paper feed and Jamming problems

The speed is not so fast it’s just ok for me . One thing I like is the ink bottles vs the cartridge definitely lasts longer , prints are good

It was such a pain to feed the paper. I would attempt 4-5 times to get it to print correctly once. It will either say "paper jam or no paper" If you want this printer for sublimation, I suggest you pay extra for a different printer because this printer did what it was supposed to but had many inconveniences/obstacles to making it work.

At 9 years old, he has used it maybe 10 to 15 times. A couple weeks ago a friend at school asked him to make a copy, we got an error message that the paper was out of the rear feeder (The only feeder). Have not been able to get an answer as to why this message is being displayed, its useless at this point. He got this December 25th but purchased in November so warranty is up.
