First time at BB Outlet. Fridge works and looks good even with minor flaws.

Fridge is a very nice unit. Meets our needs plus some. No issues with setup but finding serial number for product registration was a hard to take a picture for QR Code. BB delivery system causes an issue if you need to MODIFY a delivery such as Cancel Install service. BB schedule system moves you delivery to next available date and DOES not provide a chance to modify delivery. I could not find a method to talk with a live person at BB in Fridley, Mn or locally. Samsung unit is very nice

I bought this fridge back in 2022 and I have had no problems with it! The only negative thing I have to say about this fridge is that sometimes the autofill on the water pitcher doesn't work. Sometimes if you don't put the pitcher back exactly the right way it won't fill up. Other than that I love it.

I love my new fridge. It’s very spacious. Keep food/drinks very cold. Kids love the drink/snack section.

Absolutely love this refrigerator. Set up so well, ice maker is unseen, water in split door, pour from pitcher or hold your glass up to dispenser. Easy clean with moist soft cloth, no SS cleaner. Huge interior, well thought out.

Love everything about it! The water pitcher inside the bevarge center is top tier!

After a month of owning this fridge, I really like it. The beverage center is convenient for soda and baby bottles. The glass doors are nice to write on with dry erase markers for important dates and things to do.

Happy with my purchase , very well distributed, the different dynamics it has, love the fact the ice maker is covered and has two options of ice cubes.

This is the nicest refrigerator I've ever owned. It's more than expected in terms of functionality and the design/ergonomics are excellent. One thing irritates me though. At the price we paid, you should be able to select the color of the glass panes at no additional charge. The price they demand is simply gouging the buyer.

I love this Refrigerator, first I was nervous to buy Samsung Refrigerator because I had bad experiences in past years but these new are ones are so impressive improved technology, beautiful and quality appliances Samsung Refrigerator. I am so impressed.

Best refrigerator I've had. Great space inside and I especially like the beverage center with removable pitcher of water. I like the two ice sizes too. I do wish the beverage center could be opened by bottom and top not just the bottom (I'm not very tall and could see this frustrating taller people).
