Not reliable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Owned this refrigerator for almost 2.5 years and the compressor has failed already. It may be under warranty but if not the repair will cost to much to make sense. We went with Samsung even after our previous fridge had multiple issues with the ice maker and this one having a new design (in refer vs in freezer). Samsungs warranty repair cost $140 just to look at then parts will be ordered. Who knows how long we will be without a $3000 2.5 year old fridge.

Blown Away!

I was on the fence with this product because of the brand. But!!!!!! 6 month in and I’m in love with it still. No problems and food storage is amazing. Really keeps everything fresh. Glass paneling always looks appealing when we walk in the kitchen. Don’t regresar our purchase.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I swore I would never buy another Samsung refrigerator, my old Samsung fridge has many flaws, ice machine freezing, poorly design on drawers, flimsy plastic hinges, overall a cheaply made but expensive refrigerator, all those issues were fixed with this model and then some, I would definitely recommend it.
