Beautiful fridge with a few caveats:
- Counter depth version doesn't have a lot of storage compared to the traditional size.
- Bespoke glass does no take any magnets on the front!
- Slightly weird internal layout makes it hard to store tall bottles/jars/jugs

There is a l own issue with this model. the couplings leak refrigerant - after 12-16 months the freezer stops producing ice and then the the unit stops cooling. unless you buy $$$ the extended warranty (on a brand new $2800 product) Samsung will charge you a non refundable fee to fix it. what a scam!! forced to buy an extended warranty because a high cost product doesn't last much over a year! shame on Best Buy and Samsung

Fridge is nice, just the customer service if there fridge is damaged is atrocious. I have been waiting a year and a half for a credit cause the fridge was damaged when delivered. The call center said they sent it, then 6 months nothing call again "sent it" again check is expired, call back they tell me to take the check to the store and they can issue a new one, never heard of this but ok, and sure enough they just laughed. I asked the manager to call in and deal with it, he was hung up on twice finally gets through and same thing. New case number again, no check two months later call and there was an issue with the processing, rather than resolving it they just ignored it, don't call me or email me or the store just ignore it, so they started a new case again and should have an answer in 1 week, 3 weeks later we get the update, they claim to be processing a new check now. I even asked just for a store credit and I will find something else at best buy, but nope too late now, if they would have told me you get the store credit now or the check in 2 years I would have done the store credit, guess I will just start calling daily. Home depot, despite sending and install crew with no tools, then them getting mad that we didn't have any tools at house we had unloaded the first box into a hour prior and leaving the fridge in our drive way for 3 weeks, was easier to deal with getting the fridge returned than this, and all we want is a check.

Works as advertised, just makes a few weird noises occasionally from what seems to be the cooling component. Have checked and it’s level so ma hoping that it’s normal and lasts. I do miss having handles on the doors since those are easier if you’re carrying something or only have a couple clean fingers while trying to grab something.
