Ordered fridge and panel installation. Fridge came with no panels. When I called we realized in store rep never ordered the actual panels. Now after paying another $482 for panels have to wait another month for them to get here

Very poorly made, i had it 4 days and returned it. Looks nice, but too many issues from the start. Much better options for far less money.

I have barely had my new refrigerator less than 2 months and already both doors on top are not sealed properly they don't close tightly and the drink door opens but you have to lift to close and it gets stuck to other and won't open separately I am so disspointed in Best Buy with how many times I have had repairs on all my Samsung appliance and now I have a new one that is alreay needing to have a repair. I do not understand why I can not get a good quality product
at Best Buy as much as I love the design its just not looking good to already have a repair this soon of purchase. This just makes me feel this will be a continuing issue as this has to be a manufactor in this product.

Took 3 months to get Dilived and after it was dilivered it was broken. Called about it and they said another two months to wait to get it replaced.

I hate this fridge. You can’t push it back. If you do the doors won’t open. Just a terrible design. I wish I could return it. If you buy a counter depth one make sure it is free standing with no walls or a frame around it.

Damaged on arrival needed replacement. Also wasn’t show. How to replace the bespoke panels. Panels on frige had dents and only need new panel not whole frige.

Had bad experience with this fridge maybe my item came out defective. Freezer defrosted all my food 3 different times. I exchanged it for a new one same model hopefully this same problem doesn't happen again.

Pitcher does not work just had delivered saw a hack that this was a common problem bc it doesn’t engage the lever so added structure to it and still won’t work no one’s got answers awful experience Best Buy and Samsung

After a month, so far so good. We're very use to in-door ice & water dispenser but beverage center has exceeded expectations, especially the auto fill water picture. The dual ice maker in the freezer compartment has been flawless, unlike prior models with the poorly designed slim ice maker inside the refrigerator compartment. It's been very quiet, hardly noticeable when ice dumps. The only flaw is the bottom crisper drawer won't open unless both doors are open, it's a French door dilemma, the apparent only fix for this is to buy a side-by-side or split them like the upper drawers separated by the filter. Bought online and delivery was flawless, great people and BB really does make an effort to eliminate problems.
