They were very efficient and such nice and knowledgeable men!!! They had my two appliances and my garbage disposal installed in quick order!! They showed me how to use the electronics to set and how to use the appliances!! I highly recommend Best Buy for buying your appliances!!! Maybe you will be lucky and have the two geek squad men deliver your goods, they were really two knowledgeable employees!! Best Buy…your lucky you have these two men working for you!!!

Its the first time im able to purchase something so nice. But i have a hard time from Best Buy with the delivery three times. Now that i have it its not working properly now im waitin a technician to come out to look at it.

With Samsung I would recommend getting extended warranty! My daughter has the same one and is having problems with the filter too! Wouldn’t recommend!
