I love this fridge. Only issue is not being able to figure out the water container to fill up to pour your water it isn’t working since I bought it. Any suggestions??

I bought this product a month ago after my LG fridge stopped working, and so far I'm pleased. The slick look and functionality is amazing. My guests are always complimenting on the hideaway water dispenser and beverage center; a real showstopper!

I don't usually do reviews so I'll be brief. I like everything about this refrigerator except the pitcher and the bottom freezer. The pitcher is nice to have and I like how it refills itself but the lid slides off while pouring so I have to hold it. A new one would cost $206. Not willing to pay that much for a pitcher. The problem is the freezer. I called for service and had the rollers replaced 2 times already and still having problems opening and closing the bottom freezer door. I should not have to pull and push so hard to open and close. I cannot upload a video! Also, the freezer gets really frosty and the ice cubes are not as nice as the photos shown.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
