I've had it for 1 year now, however, the center drawer literally cracked on one side of the drop-in container, and a few days ago the other side cracked. It's still under warranty, however, it's the same types of problems Samsung has had for about the last 10 years. While their designs and features have improved, the quality, eh, not so much. My previous Samsung was crap and while I swore off the manufacturer for appliances, we really like the Bespoke price and functionality.

Maybe only a single ice maker in the freezer. Twin ice makers take up a great deal of space and limit the storage in the top shelf.
