I really like not having any door handles, which it would be impossible to match my Kitchen Aid handles. The refrigerator part is huge, holds twice as much as my side by side did. Also really like the smudge proof stainless….Really like the beverage center and the hidden ice/ water dispenser.

If you keep your freezer full the ice maker and top freezer tray will ice over. The only fix is to take all of the trays out and wash it down with a hot, wet washcloth and make certain you dry everything before replacing the pull out drawers. The second issue is there is significant back pressure when changing the water filter. If you do not turn off the water supply prior to taking out the old filter and placing the new filter you have a chance of not getting it in correctly and causing a leak or a crack a part. This has happened to us twice in the 2.5 years we have had this refrigerator.

One problem with was the line that gets attached to the ice maker was broken but Best buy is giving me another.

The dual ice is great. At first it does take a bit to get going but it’s been fine since. Theres plenty of space and it’s quiet. The drawers open smoothly and quietly. It’s also nice that you have the options to change the panels out to different combos/colors.

Controls are confusing and temperature has not been right yet. It’s a lovely fridge and has loads of space. Makes ice beautifully. Freezer is plenty big. If we could get the control issue sorted, we would be perfectly satisfied with this purchase.

Great in-door Beverage Center

We had so many problems with our in-door ice maker in our old refrigerator. All of the technicians said it was because of a freezing system trying to work in a refrigerated space. We thought we would miss having the ice maker in the door, but decided on the freezer ice maker and are happy we did so. The tray in freezer is still very convenient and ice refills quickly. This has been great in our current heatwave.
