Compounded was the fact that from top to bottom, customer service has failed me. The installer did not bother to unwrap the fridge, and we were left to discover the issue with the fridge. Customer service has then done everything in their power to make this exchange/return as painful as possible. I was told a delivery to exchange the fridge was in place, and when the day came, I called and to my surprise, nothing was scheduled, despite a case number being assigned. My delivery is now off by a whole week because customer service has failed to deliver multiple times now. I've had to chase customer service down constantly to get updates and its incredibly disappointing to have gone through this process. I wouldn't recommend getting appliances from best buy.
