I love my Creami

Plastic shreds in ice cream!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After using our Creami numerous times, I noticed shredded plastic in our ice cream. It seems the blade is scraping the inside of the plastic pint container. This happened with multiple pints so I called Ninja Customer Service. I was informed that it is a known issue, they are working on it for newer models and that she could help me purchase a newer model. When I asked why this product hasn't been recalled, she hung up on me. I have since filed a complain with Consumer Product Safety Commission - if you search Ninja Creami you'll see there are 172 complaints about the Creami and most are regarding plastic shreds in ice cream.

Still in love

I e made so many recipes for my family and I, even Gina as far as to create my own because the machine is just that much fun. I e had it now for over a year, and I still love it like the day I bought it. Great purchase! Durable and fun to use.
