Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

I tried the mini and initially thought the tighter fit would be better. I ended up getting the OpenRun Pro despite the clearance space behind the head but it turned out to be the better choice for me. When you start sweating the added airspace actually helps. The sound quality is enough for me to use while jogging while still being able to be aware of your surroundings. When you increase the volume and bass, it does start to distort but I'm not that kind of audiophile. I just need to be able to use it for music and the occasional conversations while out and about. After purchasing I realized there are more options out there but Shokz seem to have the best quality (so far) but they also tend to be on the higher end in terms of price. I got these when they were on sale.

Best set of headphones I have ever owned. I could never find a pair that would stay in my ears as I worked out. I like that these are not in my ears which allow me to be aware of my surroundings without interfering with my music.

Was a bit skeptical first, but wanted give it a try. Sound is not comparable with other earbuds with/without active noise cancellation, but I was really surprised when I plugged my ears while using it, because that is when I first understood the bone conduction concept.
Not ideal for noisy environment, because there is limitation on volume via bone conduction. Good in-office conference call device, and mics are of good sound quality.
Multi device pairing has connectivity issues, where while using it with PC, it keeps connecting with the phone with ‘connected’ announcement. I turned off multi pairing mode, with the hope that with next update, this would have improved.
Battery life is great. I can go all day using this without worrying about charging.

Excellent bone conduction, very quiet in noisy areas. Very clear fidelity, battery lasts a long time between charges. Comfortable to wear.
I would recommend this to a friend

I absolutely love these. I have Jabra Ellie's too and these are by far better. It'll pick up calls as well as music. They are perfect to wear, comfortable and hold a nice charge.

These are a good fit for anyone in construction, sports and activities in which you need to be alert. Battery will last the full 10 hours as advertised. That being said, the sound quality is 7/10 at the most. Connectivity was choppy at times. And they become bothersome after 6 hours of wear or so. You also can not use them while laying down as they push forward.

These headphones are great. Much better sound quality than previous versions. The battery lasts a long time. Very light weight and easy to wear. Over the ear headphones hurt my ears and these do not.

Makes it easy to hear when someone is calling for me, and equally as easy to pretend I didn't hear them. Sound quality is decent, its comfortable, the battery lasts longer than advertised.

Use these mostly for work as a field service technician. Work well for phone calls in moderately noisy areas. High volume tickles my ears sometimes.
Very comfortable. I wear these for 8-10 hours a day

These bone conduction headphones are the best! They don’t fall off your head and they don’t go in your ears. Sometimes they tickle for a second or two. I purchased the sports pro, so I can wear mine working out. They work great in the shower as long as it’s not a hair washing day. Not the best for BASS, but I assume that’s because it’s bone conducting. The battery can last about 11 hours while using and doesn’t take long to charge. Works with Bluetooth.

These are excellent. I was getting ear irritation from wearing standard silicone earphones while working out and decided to try these. Obviously their design of not being in the ear solves any irritation issue and they really sound great for working out. Having some ambient noise come in (since your ears are exposed) is actually a good thing while working out so you have some self awareness of your surroundings! The battery life is also solid. Highly recommend especially if you have ear fit or ear irritation issues with standard earphones.

I was surprised at how good the sound quality is, as well as how well outside sound was not intrusive at normal listening levels. As other have mentioned, the bass response takes a little getting used to, and the bass tingle at louder volumes is odd, but what do you expect from headphones that are neither in-ear or over-ear? They stay in place, are safe and great for outdoor workouts, sound great for phone or video conferences, and work for folks who have trouble with in-ear headphone fit. These won't replace my noise cancelling headphones for planes and trains, but they are awesome everyday workhorse headphones.

I needed a hand free option to answer phone calls while working and driving. Did not like having ear buds in my ear- was skeptical that I would get clarity of hearing with the bone conduction concept of the Shokz headphones!
Much to my surprise and delight these are amazing! They are completely comfortable, wear them all day, can hear perfectly while not restricting my ability to hear rest of world around me and callers cannot tell I am on a headset! Great value! Would buy again!

Used these for training for a triathlon, a half marathon and now in prep for a full marathon. I couldn't be happier with the performance, battery life, and comfort of these.

Never liked things over my ears or uncomfortably in my ears. These are truly the modern technological solution. Comfortable, clarity, and yet somehow keeps the sound from those around me.

I have been using Apple AirPods for a number of years and have been very happy. Over the last few months I have noticed that my outter ears have become very irritated when using my AirPods (very uncomfortable).
It was now time for a change. Knowing that these large bulky over ear headphones were not for me I did some research and found Shokz Bone Conduction Earphones. This product is light weight and extremely comfortable as they do not go into your ears. I use them primarily for music and I must say that it might not sound like your in a concert venue but the sound is crisp, clear with really good base. Very happy with my new Shokz.

These are the best bone conducting headphones out there. Little bit on the pricier side but they sound great and last a long time. I have used these for 6 hour long runs without any issues.
