After having issues with 2 previous cermic crocpots, we were looking for an alternative. While the Ninja was more expensive than the ceramic counterparts, we have found the cleaning and quality better. In addition, I feel the meat cooked within it has a better texture as opposed to the ceramic cooking conditions. This may also be due to the extra heating element underneath the cooking chamber.

Best Slow Cooker I Have Ever Had.

So, I rushed down to my local Best Buy to buy another. This was the only Ninja on the shelf, so I bought it. Best slow cooker I have ever had. I love it. Quite versatile, one can do so much with it. I am looking forward to trying out the sou vide function. I know I will be pleased with that. Great product everyone should have. The spoon holder is a cute addition.
