They sent me another ipad… i bought a last gen ipad and i got an 3rd gen ipad

came with scratches not mentioned on the description. they should include pictures for a better buyer experience

I was sent the wrong color. I ordered a space gray and I got some sort of light gray/ rose gold

Perfect size iPad. My wife loves her iPad mini, just big enough to save the eyes a little bit but small enough to keep in her purse.

The item was not properly packaged. The accessories were thrown in the box and could have potentially scratched the iPad screen which was not protected. The box also showed signs that it was open.

I haven't used the Ipad yet so will review it later. However, I ordered this item twice, was asked to return the first one since they couldn't correct the error on their part of shipping the wrong cable for the Ipad. Second one came the same way so I gave up and ordered the correct cable from Amazon. Both orders came with USB-C to Lightning cables. This new Ipad DOES NOT HAVE A LIGHTNING PORT!!! It has a USB-C port so the proper cable is USB-C to USB-C. Super frustrating!!!!!!!!

The first time I ordered it, it did not come with the right thing. But Best Buy fixed and gave me another one.

I’ll never buy refurbished again been the worst experience ever ish I could return

I purchased this iPad mini a month ago, now it stopped working and it’s certified refurnished. It would not charge anymore even I bought new charger and used working socket. I am regretting to spend this money to pouches this item. I wish I bought new one.

Device was delivered to my house powered on and the IPad Mini was making noise though the box. I could not make the iPad mini do anything because it was in a foreign language. Called to talk to someone to get help through bestbuy and couldn’t understand anybody on the phone

I open this item up and at first sight the item looked very used and the appearance did not meet my expectations for the price i paid for a Christmas gift. I retuned this item back to the store for a full refund and I just ordered a brand new iPad. This item was listed as in good or great condition. This was not the case at all.

Ordered two units, best buy only shipped one unit and is refusing to refund or replace the missing item. Will never order from best buy again. I'm out $300+ from their failure to deliver order correctly.

The refurbished iPad works but it arrived with a lightning charger and not a USBC charging cable that is required to use it. The Best Buy app only has an option to return the entire product. All I need is to replace the wrong cable that was sent. Having to use my MacBook charger in meanwhile until I can get a replacement cable.

I've ordered geek squard refurbished Ipad Mini, and Ipad has died after 2 weeks of use, and called BBY customer service and guided me to get apple service and found that the warranty had been expired in apple store and head to geek squard for repair and they said that only thing they could do is returning the ipad with purchasing the bestbuy memebership program. So frustrated

Didn’t receive my item it’s been a week and I’m still trying to get a refund never again

I fully understand "refurbished" but it has damage on it and was dirty, had residue all over. Seems the bare minimum is done to reach the refurbished status.

They send me the wrong item, wrong model, wrong color very disappointing

Never buy referbished from best buy. This is the third product I've received that was in horrible condition

Great design and love that it comes with the case and magnetic keyboard!

Purchased refurbished 6th edition. Received 4th edition in poor condition. Received run around. Finally received credit. Bought new from Amazon. It much more expansive.
