Goodbye BlackWolf, after YEARS of loyalty.

I've been a BlackWolf customer for YEARS and their response was basically, "You purchased retail, so we can't help you. Talk to the retailer for assistance." I'll reach out to BestBuy, but honestly, I feel like the manufacturer should have to stand behind their product. They're putting BestBuy in a bad spot. Wish me luck!

I would recommend to start first on the lowest setting until you get yourself acclimated on the pressure. Good investment if you often get wax buildup.

Having different speed choices, made it easy to ease into usage, in the ear without being to strong of a spray. We recommend this type of ear cleaner.
