Always cold water in the pitcher. The 2 ice options are great. The fridge has thin buttons to open the fridge and freezer. No prints on the fridge.

Only issue I have (and its not really an issue) is you can easily swipe the freezer opener when opening the fridge part, thus opening momentarily the freezer. Otherwise this thing is solid, looks great and is a beast! Dead quiet too.
