Poor material quality but the worst is upgrading which is impossible without destroyiny the back and with poor material a nightmare. Runs freat though but i would rate it a 0 out 100 for anti consumer measures. Having to sell on ebay to one that is able to replwce back panel , lose some money , but very last MSI product , never again and Make sure to point out to others that got scammed to save anyone the head ache of something so simple .

One major flaw: The power cord from the laptop power port to the transformer brick is too short: about 3 ft. If you travel, attend school etc. you could have difficulty find a place to plug it in without having the heavy brick dangling and pulling out of the power port on the laptop. Would not buy had I known. Don't miss return window!

worked great the first few days, then out of know where the speakers started crackling and popping, I reinstalled windows 3 times and it still didn't fix it. Then i ran into stutters when doing any task, tabs on chrome would lag then crash, best buy was very understanding and exchanged it for a different brand. Id recommend staying away from MSI laptops as they have poor QC.

Even in simple games such as "Team Fortress 2" this will still lag. Please tell me what to do. Should I return it? It was said to run any game yet at the sight of tf2 it still lags..
