Leaving Back of palm or hand prints. annoying. Clean door then smudges all the time. Hard to open and close with out leaving marks. Also— water maker and ice maker making more noise then current engineering should allow for. Odd. If you sleep nearby rethink. If you are far away then no issue.

Great job removing old and bringing in the new fridge. Was told they were not the installers when they arrived just delivery. Was told tipping is the norm a few times.

Service on the refrigerator that failed was handled poorly. I've written two letters addressed to the Service Mgr. describing the problem. Have personally given each letter to a Best Buy employee at the Torrance Store twice with no response to date.

However, this fridge already has two visible dents, as well as deep scratches in the flimsy stainless steel finish. In addition to that, it picks up fingerprints like crazy. I cannot for the life of me understand how a fridge this pricey could be so fragile.
