Worse ever. After a year they unable the software , Best Buy is not selling anymore and o got a piece of junk in my desk

The printer often is not available for wireless printing or scanning, but everything is set up correctly and the printer wifi icon is blue. Every time I had to power off and on to make it available online.

HP has the worst personal printers and apps. It was a mistake to buy another one. Even though the printer and wireless network report that it's connected. Windows and the HP Smart and the HP Scan and Capture apps will report it as offline. HP Smart will show it online one second and off the next. Tried to reinstall with HP Smart when it showed as online and then the app said it couldn't connect and to turn on the printer!

This is hands down the WORST printer I have ever purchased. This thing NEVER stays connected to the computer that I use, even if the computer is sitting directly beside it. It is ALWAYS offline and takes FOREVER to print one single page. No, it isn't my internet connection, I have 2G and 5G in my house. This thing is just TERRIBLE. I am so disappointed and regularly frustrated when trying to use it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! DO NOT BUT THIS PRINTER!!

I have a printer, but I don’t have it. It disconnects all the time from the Internet and it doesn’t reconnect back easily. I am not going to pay Geek Squad once again to reinstall it.

I've only had this printer for a couple months. I've printed less than 20 pages. It's a hunk of junk. It will not connect to the internet now. I've tried to print the instructions as stated in the app but they tell me to push a button that's not even there. The app is useless as there is no wifi configurations or reset there either.

It’s 2024 and we cannot have simple printer setups. It started out easy enough and then failed to connect on the last step. Ever since then it has been a nonstop circle of trying to reset the printer, find the right support (which there is none apparently), and attempting to connect it to wifi. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else or just go print things at FedEx.

This ranks as one of the worst purchases I’ve made from Best Buy. It was under $100 so I basically have a copier. It doesn’t have the features it claims. It’s not easy to set up if you don’t have a router unless you want to use your phone as a hot spot. And that’s hit or miss. You have to start from square one every time. It’s a copier.

This is nothing but a printer. I did not do my research, if I had I wouldn't have chosen this printer

This has to be the worst printer I have ever purchased, very difficult to set up and connect wirelessly. There are entirely too many steps, connect wirelessly, connect to IP address then connect too your network, and don’t forget locating the IP address and printing the product information page so you can do all of this. I got this cause it was cheaper than CANON but I will be returning to my old reliable Canon . If you want your nerves frazzled buy this printer!

If I could give this printer zero stars I would! I purchased two of them, one for home and one for church. I was only able to print about 52 pages before it completely ran out of ink! Absolutely absurd and ridiculous and now I know why they were so cheap. Do not buy this product if you Don’t want to end up replacing the ink every month

continue paper jams, then geek squad really sucks, they want to charge me $79.99, to come out and fix a $70.00 HP-ENVY6065e printer, wanted to speak to supervior so geek squad representative hanged up on me...

I bought this printer and used it to print about 50 page in the course of its very short, very sad life. Went to print something one day and much like a terrible coworker it didn’t work. Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and stay far away from this printer.

I would not recommend this priner to anyone. Printer is offline all the time. I turn it on and it still reads as being offline and I CAN'T PRINT ANYTHING. SO FRUSTRATING.

I have never had so many issues with a printer before. If you don’t stay with there insta ink, you will have nothing but problems. Customer service is awful and I but HP cartridges and still have issues. I will never buy another HP printer again

I have had this for seven months and today was my breaking point. I am sending it to the trash heap. It constantly goes offline and to fix the problem I have to uninstall and reinstall it over and over. I do NOT recommend it AT ALL. Tomorrow I'll buy a printer from a different manufacturer and hope it works better than this machine.

Slow low quality bulky heavy it prints ok but very slow. It says its bluetooth but i don't see that option anywhere. Its ac basic printer feels like it's from the 90s but it does print and is only 70 bucks so if you need to print something it'll get the job done

I'd give them a negative number if it was available. This printer did not connect to devices to be able to print. HP did not support their product and did not recognize their warranty for over 3 weeks. There was no way to get help from HP, it's horrible. Won't be buying another HP product anytime in the future.
