Love the way this fridge looks. Makes four different kinds of ice. Quiet.

First, I am a former Best Buy employee and it is crazy to me how poor their customer service has become. But of course, given who their largest shareholders are now I am not surprised at all. I purchased this product and purchased the protection plan and install service. I had it set up for when someone would be there. They showed up to the house and called me and said that they needed a 4 man team because of stairs. Like a dolly doesn't exist. I said okay that is fine lets do it on Saturday, since it was Friday. Well come to find out, not only did they not reschedule but the installer took a picture of another appliance and marked the order as complete. I got an email asking how the service was? Confused, I called Best Buy who was adamant the the service had been done until I told them I have a picture of it sitting in the garage. No apology, no nothing. She said she will email the dispatcher. They randomly rescheduled it for Monday without verifying if I was even available. The dispatcher called me and cussed me out, like I did something wrong. I told her that this could all be fixed if she just apologized for them lying about work that they didn't do and she hung up on me instead. I called Best Buy back and they said there was nothing they could do. I told them to just come and pick it up. After being a former employee and spending $50k in the last 5 years with Best Buy, I couldn't even get an apology for being lied to, gaslighted, and cussed out. I am just one person, so ultimately it won't matter, but I am done with Best Buy. Every purchase I make from here on out will be somewhere other than this crappy company.

Is a excelent product, is big space in perfect, the color is perfect

I am very happy with this purchase. There's a lot of space inside to storage everything we need. The bottom freezer storage gives us just enough space for frequently used items since we have a larger deep freezer as well. I love the water dispensing feature and the two types of ice it makes. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Has a lots of room. Only issue we have is the ice maker in fridge seems to not to keep the ice fully frozen. I believe the reason is the tray that keeps the ice is in fridge isn’t insulated enough. Being in the fridge part the ice seems wet and they stick together in a big clump. Other than that everything else is great.

Very nice refrigerator. Love the 4 different ice options. Very poor customer service. Best Buy has a lot to improve on. I would definitely recommend this product. Can’t say the same about Best Buy.

LOVE THE ICE MAKER AND WATER DISPENSER ON THE OUTSIDE. INSIDE LOTS OF SPACE!

We love this fridge. The choice of different ice cubes is a nice touch but not absolute. It isn't the most efficient on the energy list but we still love it. It is a 10 of 10 but still wish there was a bit larger area for tall items without using the sliding tray. I would definitely buy this again.

So far so good. Fridge and freezer stay at temperature or just below when not being opened time and time again. Takes some getting used to the limited shelving configurations. Dual ice makers are great especially if hosting a large crowd for parties or bof family dinners; kids love the ice bites in their drinks too.

We had this fridge installed about a month before the writing of this review, and it's excellent. In searching for complaints about it, I've been able to come up with two, and it has features that solve both of them. One is that the in-door ice dispenser puts out ice at a pretty wide angle, making it less than ideal for narrow-mouth cups. Also, the water filter is very effective, which results in fairly soft ice, so it produces some shavings/ice powder whenever the ice inevitably hits the rim of your cup. The fridge solves the problem with the second ice dispenser, located in the top drawer of the pull-out freezer. The other complaint would be that the shelves, when evenly spaced, leave just barely too little vertical space for a standard-sized milk jug and similar items. You can solve this by mounting (or asking the installer to mount) the shelves so they're farther apart and unevenly spaced, but you can also work around the problem because the middle shelf has a retractable side; you can slide one quarter of it back to open up extra verticle space. The finish on the fridge looks great, but it's not scratch-proof, so watch out for that. All told, this is a high-quality product, well worth the five stars.

We got the best deal on this fridge and it is perfect! It has so much space compared to others we had looked at, and the low price sealed the deal!

The coldest drinks 3ive ever pulled out of any refrigerator. Milk is ice cold but not frozen which is amazing
