The fridge is a huge upgrade from our previous. It’s so roomy and seems impossible to fill up which is so nice coming from a 21cu fridge and a family of 6

I love the fact that I can get ice from either the water dispenser or from the bottom freezer.

love the design of this unit, however, i am giving 3 stars because i have only had a few months and it stopped making ice in all the compartments. we love our ice and chose this unit because it gives ice down below in two different forms and also from the door. doesnt do us any good when it quits making the ice though!!

So far, working nicely :) Delivery and Setup were easy with Best Buy (just choose during purchase). They take away your old fridge as well.

Very effective fridge . Almost dont need anymore a second fridge in our house very large capacity inside and a very usefull deepfreezer..

Amazing fridge and happy with the purchase! The sales person gave us all information we needed to make the purchase. The ice maker is amazing!

Overall, i love it. Shelves are hard to remove and freezer ice maker took 4 to 5 days to really make any quantity of ice. Love the use of space with the door shelves. If the freezer ice bins get to full, the ice is pushed over the back edge and under the freezer drawer. Should have left a space - have to remove the whole freezer drawer to get to that ice. At least that is what i have figured out after six weeks

I like the spacing and the differnet type of ice. I also like ghe alram system, its very helpful especially when you have kiddos.

Everything about this refrigerator is awesome! I had it delivered, and they were very quick putting it together. Nice installation was so simple.

very satisfied so far. Keeps refrigerator at set temperature and freezer the same. Makes ice like crazy and water dispenser fine.

Great fridge, the extra ice maker in the freezer is great. Shelves are collapsable to make room for taller items.

The design of this refrigerator makes all refrigerator items almost eye level.And when you open the bottom freezer, everything is pretty much visible and thats great. And the lighting in the refrigerator and freezer is awesome

We have been having problems with the bottom ice machine! Samsung has been out 5 times already and can’t get it figured out. Other than that, I really like the refrigerator. It has lots of space.

I'll be plain product was poor in design when it came to sustaining item's cool or frozen. I've owned many Samsung appliance's and never had issue with them until now. I had multiple Refrigerator's over the last 2 months, issues stemming from brand new incomplete product to issue's with keeping item cool or frozen. I've had the privilege of losing all groceries for the first time, now to try and get reimbursed for spoilage loss. Thank you, Samsung, for this utter Terd of a fridge you sold me. Everything aside the only thing that was pleasing was the storage space.
