I really like it. It is very spacious and the 4 different Ice it dispenses is great.

We really appreciated their help and expertise.. So much deeper than our old GE fridge and very efficient. Dropping ice is a little loud but it all works great..

I wish I could say the same about Best Buy Customer service. I purchased the unit a month ago and the installer damaged my kitchen floor. After a month I have no resolution

The lower section freezer has 2 spacious drawers. WIFI technology. Love it!!

They did not want to help or provide assistance.

Its big in size so be aware that u need a space big enough. Also it fairly new and I am not sure how well it will last and when I will need maintenance or future repairs. Overall its gorgeous

Love the additional space afforded by the ice maker being integrated into the refrigerator. Freezer works as expected. Shelves could be a little better spaced to more easily fit a gallon jugs of like milk on the bottom shelf as opposed to the middle shelf. See pictures.

Other than that it works great and looks nice. Only had it 8 months and it’s making wires noises.

My main middle shelves ARE BOWING IN (SECOND SET) with just normal gallon of milk and others and etc. Samsung RESPONSE: After reviewing the situation, it appears that the shelf may be supporting more weight than it is designed to hold. When a refrigerator shelf is overloaded, the excess weight can cause it to bend over time, which may lead to instability or damage. To help prevent this from happening again, I kindly recommend the following: Avoid placing heavy items such as large bottles, stacked containers, or multiple gallon-sized items on a single shelf. Try distributing heavier items across different shelves or storing them in lower compartments designed for greater weight. Keeping the weight balanced will help protect the shelf and maintain the refrigerator’s overall performance. MY FINDINGS: Structural Shelf Instability (Design Flaw) The interior shelving lacks the necessary support for standard household items like milk and orange juice. The shelf bends significantly under normal weight, appearing as though it will snap. While a replacement part was sent, the issue persists because the design itself is insufficient for the intended use. This is a fundamental flaw in the unit’s engineering.
