It’s smaller on the inside than I would’ve liked. Freezer is smaller than expected. Hardly any room for taller bottles or food on the shelves. The build quality seems fine but the ginormous ice bin isn’t something I need. At least I got it on sale.

AFTER 3 WEEKS, I FINALLY RECEIVED MY REFRIGERATOR AND THE ICE/WATER MAKER STOPPED WORKING. NOW HAVING TECH COMING TO LOOK AT IT AND HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT. BAD BUSINESS. PROBABLY WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AGAIN

It sucked and died within a week of having it delivered and it died on a Friday night. I had just went to the store to stock it and lost almost $200 worth of food. They then canceled my tepair visit within a 30 period of me on with customer service telling me i was confirmed for a repair visit then like 30 minutes later they canceled on me. Oh and there was the tear in my kitchen floor when the installed it. Kinda ticked off with the fridge and Best Buy. I am still getting the run around. I had to buy a new one. It is 4/12 and it is taking them a week to deliver new fridge. My wife is a heart pacient and we have been living out of a ice chest.

Stay away from open box. They sale it and then when you find a missing part they do not help you find and order what the part is. Not sure if the part I found is correct and if it is I may as well spent the extra 200 and got an in box unit as by the time you buy the missing part you would have paid full price or in my case less for a unit still in the box.

New fridge, less then one month and quit working

We had just bought our fridge and over 3 weeks and it stopped cooling and the freezer quit working and stopped making ice. We lost everything in our fridge and freezer. Called Samsung, set up an appointment (and wont be out for 5 days) fast forward.. guys from Samsung came out to look at it and “need to order another part for the cooling panel” and that wont be here for another week!! So no fridge for 2 weeks on a less than month old fridge.. should have done more research on samsung..

It started making a noise on the 14th day we had it. I did an online chat with a geek squad tech, he couldnt help. The 15th day was a Sunday so there was nothing we could do. Luckily we found a geek squad tech who is helping us. Hopefully it will fix the issues
