Perfect Refrigerator For Us

We saw this one at Best Buy and decided to purchase it. The price fit our budget (under $2000) while the refrigerator met our requirements and more. It has a large and wide refrigerator storage area that makes it easy to see the stored items. With several ice makers, we never run out. The freezer on the bottom is easy to open with wide spaces for frozen food storage. We didn't realize what we were missing until we purchased this appliance. We love it.

Switched from LG to Samsung

Matthew, the BB rep, was very patient and helpful in helping us find the exact item we were looking for. It fits perfectly in our kitchen. Initially, we were set on replacing our broken LG with another LG but that was the second LG to go bad in 7 years.

It was an easy install and it works great. It has great space in the top and bottom parts. Fits all of our food perfectly. Has a top shelf that slides back to put gallon milks on the bottom shelf. The ice makers are our family’s favorite part. We live where the summers are 112 or hotter and the ice maker is very well needed. Best Buy from Best Buy lol

I called best buy the day it was installed because the ice/water dispenser was dripping and the left door wont stay open by itself. It was later in the evening when i talked to customer service. The call ended as it went past service hours and they just hung up on me--no return call or anything from them, and they said it would be WEEKS to get someone out to look at it lucky it stopped leaking on its own. Still no call back or followup--i would appreciate a call if anyone reads these.
