Love all the extra room that we have now, both in the refrigerator and the freezer sections. I thought i would never use the extra ice maker in the freezer compartment but it is really convenient to be able to just grab a scoop of the ice bites and go instead of waiting for the crushed ice. Love the large drawer and extra room in the doors. And I can find everything in a snap since i don't have to crowd everything in one small space.

For price, and all the ice options i thought this was a great replacement for my 12 yo LG. But i just realized that for the past 4 months when it adds water to ice maker tray it also squirts out the back and that is big difference Support online makes you add bunch of information to then tell me to call, then i call and they recommend do chat with agent over text, which went horrible and they kept telling me to reinstall the water supply line which is fine and does not leak. So refuse the advised method, call talk to live person and you will get service scheduled much faster.

First, I am a former Best Buy employee and it is crazy to me how poor their customer service has become. But of course, given who their largest shareholders are now I am not surprised at all. I purchased this product and purchased the protection plan and install service. I had it set up for when someone would be there. They showed up to the house and called me and said that they needed a 4 man team because of stairs. Like a dolly doesn't exist. I said okay that is fine lets do it on Saturday, since it was Friday. Well come to find out, not only did they not reschedule but the installer took a picture of another appliance and marked the order as complete. I got an email asking how the service was? Confused, I called Best Buy who was adamant the the service had been done until I told them I have a picture of it sitting in the garage. No apology, no nothing. She said she will email the dispatcher. They randomly rescheduled it for Monday without verifying if I was even available. The dispatcher called me and cussed me out, like I did something wrong. I told her that this could all be fixed if she just apologized for them lying about work that they didn't do and she hung up on me instead. I called Best Buy back and they said there was nothing they could do. I told them to just come and pick it up. After being a former employee and spending $50k in the last 5 years with Best Buy, I couldn't even get an apology for being lied to, gaslighted, and cussed out. I am just one person, so ultimately it won't matter, but I am done with Best Buy. Every purchase I make from here on out will be somewhere other than this crappy company.
