We had this fridge installed about a month before the writing of this review, and it's excellent. In searching for complaints about it, I've been able to come up with two, and it has features that solve both of them. One is that the in-door ice dispenser puts out ice at a pretty wide angle, making it less than ideal for narrow-mouth cups. Also, the water filter is very effective, which results in fairly soft ice, so it produces some shavings/ice powder whenever the ice inevitably hits the rim of your cup. The fridge solves the problem with the second ice dispenser, located in the top drawer of the pull-out freezer. The other complaint would be that the shelves, when evenly spaced, leave just barely too little vertical space for a standard-sized milk jug and similar items. You can solve this by mounting (or asking the installer to mount) the shelves so they're farther apart and unevenly spaced, but you can also work around the problem because the middle shelf has a retractable side; you can slide one quarter of it back to open up extra verticle space. The finish on the fridge looks great, but it's not scratch-proof, so watch out for that. All told, this is a high-quality product, well worth the five stars.

Great storage. I like the ice it makes in the freezer. Only gripe I have about it is the curved ice that dispenses on the outside of the door gets stuck. So I have to manually dislodge an ice every couple times I use the ice dispenser. I got it mainly for the ice dispenser and the extra storage was a bonus.

Love this fridge! Freezer drawer on the bottom and the exterior surface doesn’t show smudge marks as much as our last fridge. Large and small ice cube maker is awesome too.

Space space and space is a very important part of life

Love all the room. We had to exchange the first one because the freezer door was defective, but exchange was easy. The 4 kinds of ice is great, not only do you have 2 kinds of ice from the door, curved and crushed, but you have 2 drawers in the freezer that stores cubes and bites.

Love it, plenty of space for medium sized items. Only complaint is there’s little space for gallon sized items

Big fridge, lots of room, love the different ice options

Been wanting a fridge like this for years. This fridge has so much space and having the triple ice makers really help when you are having a party. This fridge is perfect and probably the best bang for your buck when it comes to a 36" wide fridge with french doors and in door ice maker. Not to mention it's 31 cubic ft!

This fridge fits everything ! I wish it had an inch or two less depth but otherwise its a great fridge and looks really nice ! The metal cooling os a really nkce festure as is the addtional shapes of ice it makes although that does take up otherwise usable space in the freezer .

Plenty of refrigerator room up top, and a nice size deli tray. More Freezer space than I thought it would have. Love the big ice balls, just wish they would produce quicker. But it they last longer than cubes do in the drink, so I am happy with that trade off. Haven't actually run out of them yet :-)

Excellent refrigerator love the ice choices and I do mean choices four big ones.

We’ve only had this refrigerator less than 24 hours but we are happy with our purchase. Our old fridge was 27 cubic feet, this one with 31 cubic feet makes a big difference. I like that i can monitor the fridge from my cell phone. I’ve read reviews about the good and the bad but that happenes with anything manufactured these days. My wife works with a woman who bought a Samsung 5 - 6 years ago and has never had an issue.

So far so good. Have not actively used the water/ice maker feature yet. Fridge works well, has good storage, although I would have like a small meat/cheese drawer. The Best Buy deliver men - Nacho and his group - were great! Nicely delivered and installed.

Great buying experience. Great sale price and delivery and removal of old unit was worth every penny!!
