I purchased the refrigerator in Feb, 2024 with a 24 month service plan but I'm being told that I have to pay for a service tech to come (again).

Also the door keeps swinging in when I'm trying to get something out. I don't like that I can't get hold of the store where I purchased it. It is terrible that I can't talk to a salesperson.
