Repair person verified the problem and ordered replacement door. He said that he would be back next Saturday or call if part did not come in. It is Friday night and I have not heard from him.

I requested a new one from Best Buy. They sent me an open box twice to replace the new one I bought. Finaly after almost a moths since my purchase a received a refrigerator that is working fine. In this event the BESTBUY SERVICE was not what I was expecting.

Love that the doors feel very light to open and all the ample room it has. I like that it has the ice cubes you can scoop out without having to use the ice dispenser and wait forever to get extra ice. Overall great product!

It was however delivered with a scratch on the door which we pointed out to delivery people and they took pics and said someone would be calling us and we have heard nothing back….
