We purchased a new Samsung French door refrigerator with two icemakers. We love it very much waiting on geek squad to come next week and turn on lower icemaker. Don’t know how to turn it on.

Well it’s looks good, there is only two things I didn’t like it went u close the left side don’t close really good and one of the containers from the left side , went you remove it to clean it you have to take of the part that’s it’s on the side

When this was delivered it had problems from the factory. You have to run about 3 gallons trough the water dispenser to clear it before use. As I started to dispense water it was spewing water everywhere. It sprayed inside the water dispenser and shorted out the panel where you choose between water and ice so it wouldn't work.Samsung would not fix it had to pay a repairman to fix a new refrigerator. The lay out inside was horrible it is 31 cf and has the space of a 21 cf. Serious buyer's regret. Run from Samsung products. It is a piece of junk

The refrigerator was delivered & was told they couldn’t hook up the water line cause screw on the back of refrigerator was stripped. The delivery people couldn’t get out of here fast enough. Also left a large black spot on our carpet & put marks on the walls & door. Will never buy another large appliance from Best Buy because you pay for delivery & setup but the people they hire don’t know anything about hooking up the appliances. The refrigerator is nice.

I guess I am still trying to get used to this new fridge. It is larger than our last one but for so e reason it dies not seem to hold as much. Weird right?

Best Buy’s service is absolutely abysmal.
Fridge arrived with a damaged water line, I filed a complaint and never heard back from anyone
Delivery driver also refused to deliver the refrigerator (inside) of our home. He said he had to leave it outside, or in the garage.
Finally, apparently the (pre installed) water filter, wasn’t installed correctly, so it (unknowingly to us) began leaking water inside of one of the small drawers at the bottom of the fridge itself.
Which caused another problem, as the fridge has “overflow” ports in the back. So it leaked out of the fridge, and flooded our brand new homes flooring overnight.
Completely disappointed.
The refrigerator (now) is fantastic, after we “fixed” it. But good lord, what a debacle.
Never buying anything from Best Buy again in my life

No problems so far, good electricity consumption… At first they had to adjust the door a little more, the magnet to close is not very strong but it remains closed.

This item was returned after the 2nd morning we came down to frozen milk and condensation on jars/bottles. The seal on the doors are cheap and don't form a good seal. We loved the 4 ways of ice which finally seemed to be able to keep up with our need with a family of 8 but the lack of seal outweighs the abundance of ice. Had the seal been decent, we would've just kept it and dealt with it as appliances are just made to be replaced nowadays. We didn't like how the shelves had to be level.
