The guy at customer service help me I already know what I want so the entire transaction was smooth. Approved for o% for 24 months bought extended warranty. Delivery was very fast kept me posted. The space is ample and great utilization of space…bottom door shelf perfect for very small items.

Refused delivery due to damage. Called for a refund, and kept getting transferred to different people. We finally called our credit card company to file a dispute. Worst customer service!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.there is no easy way to clean a spill- ihave been talking for over 3 hours watched videos they sent and followed the manual. The conclusion is there is a design flaw. And having had the refrigerator for almost 3 months Samsung offered to have someone come to my house for a fee to clean it. There is a leaky seal between glass and silver trim. I was told to put it in a tab ( ultimately a bath tub and fill it with detergent a box of baking soda and fill with warm water. Yes it lightened the coffee spill a little bit, but not totally--- and REALLY I would think wiping one or both sides of the glass should have been sufficient. Last thing-- it isn't fingerprint resistant

Set up service call, they came to look at the fridge could not figure out whats wrong with it. Somthing to do with the water valve. As of now they are not sure what parts are neede and if it will fix the problem. Extremely disappointing as the fridge is vey nice. The gentleman they came out was nice and friendly I hope they can resolved the issue quickly. My family depends on the water from the fridge.
