    horrible. bought it in January broken in april. best buy and samsung giving me the run around game not wanted to take responsibility for such fiasco piece of equipment. 3 weeks waiting for this to be repaired, lost $$$ in product and still not repaired.

    Arrived broken, the piece separating the two doors breaks very easily. Getting BestBuy to fix it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Dont buy this fridge but especially don’t buy it from BestBuy. Find a retailer that cares if you can.

    Samsung Refrigerator

    Broken after 1 day Samsung unable to fix. Lost whole fridge of food. Took almost 3 weeks to get a tech. out to look at it. Then they have no replacement so sending our money back. Then we have to get rid of the refrigerator our self.

    Love this fridge! Some of the side shelves are odd, but overall the ice makers and room is great! Nice looking fridge that keep everything ice cold and can be controlled from your phone. Cleaning is a bit of a challenge thought.

    The left side of door won’t shut all the way. They sent a tech to fix and he couldn’t. I happy to say they sending an new one out

    We absolutely love our fridge. It has been great having more room, because able to organize things more. We entertain quite a bit and have plenty of ice for guests, even options for type.

    good product but they delivered dented refrigerator. my wife loves the frige but when i complained for the dent they say they can not do any thing.

    0 for 2. First one died after 4 days. Completely dead. Second one leaked all over the floor as the top ice maker didn't work and dripped all over the floor.

    Great Samsung refrigerator

    Great refrigerator. 2 types of ice in the door with the water dispenser and 2 types of ice in the freezer drawer. The water tastes great and the ice is produced really quickly. Plenty of space inside the refrigerator and great shelving on both doors. The inside is easy to keep clean and the outside resists fingerprints and other spots, also very easy to clean and wipe down quickly. This is a perfect size if you need something on the larger side but not too bulky. Good price point compared to comparable models.

    Well functioning with lots of space. Never though I would love having so many ice features either but we love the cocktail ice in the bottom drawer

    Samsung french door refrigerator and freezer

    We absolutely love the refrigerator, when we transferred our food items over to this new one, we could not believe how much room we had, honestly it looked liKe someone broke in and took three quarters of our items. This thing is VOLUMOUS. We also were unaware of the 4 types of ice that that thing can produce. The only drawback that we both have noticed is, even after the men leveled it, and i checked it also with a level, if you dont put enought force into closing the double doors (one side or the other) OR the freezer drawer, (it will not close by itself, even if its close) then in about 3 minutes or less it starts giving you the "warning alarm" (constant beeping)
