Worst fridge ever. Broken twice and not even 6 weeks old. Fridge is 75degrees and will not cool. Already our 2nd replacement and broken again. You have to close one door (left door) before the other always

This black Samsung refrigerator that I bought ended up having water dripping from the spout on the outside of the door. Also, that stream of water did not come out straight and sprayed really far off to the left almost 2 inches. And one of the icemakers in the freezer did not work. I had to end up returning two refrigerators and the third one I got still had the water issue on the outside of the door. I’m very unsatisfied with the Samsung model of refrigerator. I don’t think I’ll ever buy Samsung again because it seems every brand new appliance. I get has some type of defective issue and it doesn’t matter how many I go through. The current one has abrasive rubber scratches on the ar metal in the back below the edge of the shelf that will not wipe or wash off It seems like every one as some type of issue , so I give up and I’m now just having to deal with this because I can’t trust them sending me out a fourth refrigerator and not having the same problem

Firsge was delivered last week. Left door had to be temived to get in the house now it wont stay open. Bottom produce shelf keeps sticking…because there is a sheet of ice under it!

The best purchase. I'm very happy with this refrigerator. It has a modern and elegant design that looks great in the kitchen, and it's quite spacious. Stopped working 2 months after buying it then they claimed a part needed be replaced another month later it wasn’t working again 400 in groceries later. Do not purchase this

Enjoy the 4 types of ice option. The fridge has plenty of storage for food and beverages. It is also deep enough to fit large boxes (pizza/pastries/etc). The sliding shelf is a great feature for taller items.

This replaced our 9year old 31cu/ft lg that went out. Overal happy for the price (2k) but it is a little bit of a step down. Pros: outside looks great 31cu Lots of ice Cools well Well lit Big door shelves for milk Gets the job done Cons: Limited shelf adjustment Slightly less room interior room than our previous 31cu. Feet adjustment/wheel setup is outright stupid “Smart” feature is data collection hub (don’t use it) Pull out drawers are a bit cheap and rickety Other: Doors are very light you need to make sure to push them closed Water/ice dispenser touch button/lock is sometimes hard to activate. Overall I’m happy with it as long as it holds up (only had it a few weeks so far). The complaints are overall minor and to be fair am coming from a fridge that was probably a step above this one. I would definitely recommend for the price provided it holds up.

We replaced our 15 year old Samsung with this model. We LOVE the quietness, huge amount of space and general excellence of this unit. And the price was right.

I’ve had this refrigerator for almost a month. I love it. Works perfect, quiet, the difference sizes of ice are perfect to fill water bottles. All the space we need for fresh produce. The only thing that really upset me is Best Buy rescheduled delivery several times, then refunded my order and then said they do not deliver to my area. Poor customer service, spent days on the phone trying to find out what was going on. Repurchased the appliance and picked up myself. I hope I never have to deal with Customer Service again.

I recently bought this refrigerator, and I’m really happy with it so far. It keeps food cold and fresh, runs quietly, and has plenty of space for everything I need. I replaced my inherited (when I moved in), old, leaky side by side for this refrigerator. I have so much extra space in both the fridge and freezer sections. It also comes with 4, count 'em 4 different ice choices. It has one shelf that can extend back half way for taller items and tons of in door storage, water and 2 ice choices in the door and an extra pull out drawer for other items in the bottom of the fridge area. The freezers top section is for the other ice choices on one side and space on the other and that drawer pushes back for the rest of the freezer space. The filter is very easy to access right in the front of the fridge space so no having to clear out your shelves to get to it to change it out. It's so awesome having so much extra space.

I have only had it a short time to see if any issues develop such as my last one. But so far it works great, temperature is maintained well throughout the fridge. I like the door water and ice. I am a big ice user and really like the the two additional types of ice in the freezer compartment. Space looks good. I like the layout. I would have like more abiltity to adjust the shelves, and would have like more door space, but that is result of having ice and water on the door. Overall a good fridge so far
