Had to pick up a headset for business web conferencing. This headset works flawlessly across multiple Windows machines. Some discomfort with all day usage, but my wireless Studio beats do that as well. Mute button and volume controls on the cord, along with the LED indicator were a nice touch.

My favorite headset so far, it's easy to use and great sound quality both output and input. I use it as my main headset while playing video games with friends. My only issue is that after a while (1+ hours) it does get a tad uncomfortable. Not enough to bother me, and the quality otherwise outweighs this issue. I would definitely recommend this, in fact I've purchased a 2nd pair as a gift.

Very comfortable and priced right. Everything works. If you do customer service or lots of zooms the usb connection and mute button are a plus.

I was impressed with the performance of the boom microphone and the headset speakers. Clean, detailed sound. Although this has a standard USB-A connector, it worked with an USB-C adapter. No software needs to be installed. I tried this successfully with MacBooks, Chromebooks, and Linux PCs. Recommended.

This headset works great, except sometimes I have to turn the volume on my computer up to maximum in order to be able to hear the sound at an adequate level. So far, I've found no pattern to when it works and when it doesn't. Other headsets work great consistently on my computer, and this one has problems on multiple computers. Still, I haven't had any problems with the mic yet, and I can hear at least some sound every time I use the headphones, so it does the job.

A replacement headset for on-line meetings that is much more comfortable and easier to use than its predecessor. Earphones are comfortable and sound is excellent. Other meeting participants indicate sound quality from the microphone is excellent. A good buy for a very good product.

Excellent hardwired over the year headphones. I use it every day and teams meetings for work with no issues.

Comfortable and affordable. Clarity is great. It is left side use only for the mic. Cord length is good for my set up. Maybe a bit shorter for others that are not using a mini-PC.

I would prefer the mouthpiece to be on the right. There is no way to adjust it. They are a bit tight on my ears. As a woman with a smaller head width than a man's I was surprised by that. Regardless, they do a good job. Love the noise cancelling and great volume control.

I bought this to replace the same or similar model that after years the speakers stopped working. The sound through the speakers is nice and clear, maybe better than my old set. But the mic sounds like garbage—scratchy and thin as if on a 78 record, and my settings are for CD quality audio. I use the headset to make outgoing phone calls to clients using Skype and I don't think I can live with it, unfortunately with the virus going around there's been a rush on webcams and headsets so it's difficult to find a good one for under $100 right now. I had higher expectations for this headset considering I was using basically the same model before.

The sound quality is good. The price is fair. No interference.

This is the best headse t! I use it for work and the clarity is incredible. I rely on this headset for my job performance and it hasn't let me down. I have had many clear conversations with the microphone on the headset. I would definitely buy this product again.

love the sound qualify and people can hear me very well. The pads over the ear are a bit small so placement on ear is tricky. Ears get sore if used for periods of 2 hours at a time or more which I have to do often.

For $20 this headset is well worth it. I use it to take calls while working from home and have had no issues. I also appreciate that it is plug n play and my PC will automatically set it as the default device. Its not the most comfortable headset but you get what you pay for.

I bought these for an on-line training class. I had to wear them for 8 hours a day for 4 days. The sound was crystal clear, and the instructure had no issues hearing me. The pleather ear muff cups were annoying for the last couple of hours each day, but most people won't wear them that long, so they should be ok.

Ideal for remote learners. Read the directions and calibrate properly, and you won't experience any kind of reverberation from the microphone or inconsistency in sound from the speakers. The headset connects via USB, so be prepared to purchase a C > USB converter if you're device does not have a USB port.

Great price and value for an adequate, unexciting product. A bit bulky but quality and ease of use were good. I purchased for videoconferencing and am not using due to appearance. I would highly recommend if you aren't concerned with need for professional appearance.
