The only downfall is that you can’t solely use the power outlet on an empty battery you have to charge have to charge it a little bit so you can continue using it on power.

Works great and much less hair damage than standard straighteners. Heats-up very quickly. I love the charging stand and cordless operation. As with all Dyson products, the price point can be an issue, but if you are up for the investment, I think it's worth it.

My hair feels healthy and looks amazing after using this straighter to straighten and curl my hair. It's easy to use, comes with a stand.
