Great refrigerator. Delivery was worth the price and they were very professional. Replaced a Samsung. Ice maker actually works.

We are Extremely happy with the refrigerator. It keeps everything in view and accessible and holds more than any other we’ve owned. The only heads up is that you should make sure it’s on a 20-amp circuit or a good 15-amp beaker. The manual says 15 and the web site says 20-amp. It kept tripping our 15 until we installed a new 15-amp breaker. Now all is good.

Seems like a good refrigerator, the door seems a little rough, almost clunky. The custom ice is a little hard to get used to as it seems way to slow and seems like it misses beats, however there aren't really any documents on it so its a bit challenging to see what works. Tons of room in the refrigerator, decent layout. An exact way to set up the ice would be a great document to include, the fact it makes three types and seems to be dependent on some setting is the questionable item.

This is one of the most convenient, user friendly fridges I have owned. Drawers and shelves are nicely organized and easily adjustable. The 3 ice makers make hosting parties a breeze.

We've had an older LG model like this before and we really liked it, but plastic pieces did break off. At least they were not integral to the functioning of the fridge. What I don't like about the new LG is having no handles to open the doors. You have to reach up top or at the bottom of the doors to open them. Result: opening the doors is clumsy and ends up having fingerprints all over. Very stupid design.

We loved our previous large capacity LG refridgerator but after a second compresser replacement, we knew it was time to replace vice repair. Although the bells and whistles on this model sounded alarms with us as those are the things that break we listened to Consumers' Reports and got another LG. On all fronts, size, features and cost, we are totally satisfied so far.

There’s so much space in the fridge. Initially I wanted a French door fridge, but there’s a lot of space in the freezer and you can clearly see what’s in there. Ice machine also has been working well!

Old refrigerator removed and new unit professionally installed. Ice maker also installed. Installers were courteous and thoroughly explained features of the new unit.

Love the size and “refrigerator” functions..would give it a 5 star if that’s all I was rating, but I am an ICE man and our family use a lot of ice. The main reason I baught this product was its ice making capabilities, or at least I thought so….. I have tried everything and the ice maker simply can not keep up to any refrigerator I have ever owned. May be a sensor problem and will be having Best Buy look into it (have the warranties). The craft ice works as described, but the regular door ice maker simply does not refill properly. If a lack of constant ice flow is not a problem for you, I would highly recommend this product. We are a family of three, so it’s not like we keep that ice maker going constantly……

The fridge has been great so far. Love the multiple ice options. It does take a little time to get used to not having handles though

Refrigerator is slick!!! Only problem is the freezer tray are pretty flimzy. If you put too much weight on the top tray, it will get stuck on the bottom try or fall odd the side rails.
