Amazing laptop!

I use it for school and I love how it's easy to carry with me but also has great screen quality. My only complaint is that the sound comes from the bottom, so sometimes the sound is muffled depending where you're using it.

I have the HP Envy laptop for one week and took to it like a fish in water. Silly me was petrified since using desktop computers since it's invention. Liking the portability too.

I was a little worried about how quickly the laptop would be mailed to me. It was so mucb quicker than I expected. I live in rural Utah and was surprised when the laptop eas at my door the next day in perfect condition!

Strong Specs for the Price, But Hinge Issues Are H

For everyday use, it handles tasks quickly and stays responsive. My main gripe is the hinges. They don’t open or rotate as smoothly as other 2-in-1s I’ve used. It feels a bit tight and awkward when switching modes, which takes away from the convenience of a convertible laptop. If HP had better hinge quality here, this could easily be a four- or five-star machine.

no wi-fi driver in an excellent condition

I got it as an open-item in the excellent condition. When I tried to set it up at home, I couldn't connect it to my wi-fi at home, so I brought it to Best buy service center. They said there was no wi-fi driver in it and installed the wi-fi driver. Then I could finish setting up the PC at home. so far, so good. Anyway I really wondered how there was no wi-fi driver in the excellent condition. I hope Best buy needs to try to check out items in details. Thanks.
