    My entire shopper experience was great, I purched a new laptop and related anti virus protection and other apps. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and of great help. I wanted my home computer and phone all linked and updated at the same time so I scheduled a appointment online. Unfortunately the delivery of my laptop was delayed by a few days so I had to reschedule. All was done online with ease. My appointment went smoothly and all of my tech devices are working fine. Thanks Best Buy !

    I was working on my school work for college when suddenly the screen stopped working and the cap lock button as well as the power button are still on but the cap lock button is flashing
